Main Responsibilities

• To prepare BOM, tender and construction drawings.
• To assist in drawing details related documentations.
• To assist in other related ad-hoc tasks when required by the management. 
• To maintain project database; enter and back up data.
• To ensure final design complies with project requirement.
• To ensure on time project delivery and ensure the quality of completed works.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with leadership qualities to lead the entire project team.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding), Architecture or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): BS standards, MS Office, AutoCad, Solidworks.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Bukit Mertajam.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Architecture, Engineering – Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s Degree graduates are encouraged to apply. Training shall be provided.
• 2 Full-Time positions are available.

Main Responsibilities

• Prepare and compute sales quotation.
• Organizing digital marketing and oversee advertising/communication campaigns, exhibitions and promotional events.
• Develop, guide & monitor marketing activities and ensure all enquiries requested by International Sales agents/partners are addressed within the time frame.
• Conceiving and developing efficient and intuitive marketing strategies.
• Ensuring excellent relationships and superior customer service to customers.
• Conducting market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Marketing, International Business, Business Administration, Economics, Civil or Architechture.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Bukit Mertajam and travel overseas for business trip when necessary.
• Candidate with at least 1 year in sales or marketing experience will be given priority.
• Zero working experience but interested in sales and marketing scope of works could apply for junior sales / marketing position.
• Preferably senior executives specializing in Sales, Marketing, Architecture, Engineering – Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
• 2 Full-Time positions available.
• Fresh graduates in engineering are encourage to apply. Training shall be provided.
