Main Responsibilities

• To prepare tender and construction drawings.
• To assist in drawing details related documentations.
• To assist in other related ad-hoc tasks when required by the management.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding), Architecture or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): MS Office, AutoCad, Solidworks.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Bukit Mertajam.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Architecture, Engineering – Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
• SPM/STPM graduates are encouraged to apply Draftsperson position.
• 4 Full-Time (Draftsperson/Designer) positions are available.

Main Responsibilities

• Responsible in managing of contractors and subcontractors.
• Responsible for leading the project team to ensure on time project delivery and ensure the quality of completed works.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with leadership qualities to lead the entire project team.
• Willing to work at irregular hour when necessary.
• Oversee and monitor the projects’ operations, cost management, project manpower planning.
• Liaise with clients’ consultants on issues relating to the project.
  Provide technical advice on construction and operation issues.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma / Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of project management / structural design experience preferably in steel construction related industry.
• Required skill(s): BS Standards, MS Office, AutoCad.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English.
• Able to deliver in a fast pace environment and work under pressure.
• Applicants must be willing to travel outstations /overseas.
• Self-motivated, independent and have good interpersonal & communication skills.
• Preferably Manager level specializing in Engineering – Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
• 3 Full-Time (Project Engineer) & 1 Full-Time (Project Manager) positions are available.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply Project Engineer position.

Main Responsibilities

• Prepare and compute sales quotation.
• Guide & monitor sales activities and ensure all enquiries requested by International Sales agents/partners are addressed within the time frame.
• Coordinate with distributors/customers to ensure project enquiry details are complete.
• Ensure shipment dates are met.
• Ensuring excellent and superior customer service to export customers.
• Liaise with other departments such as Purchasing, Engineering, Accounts and Production.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Marketing, International Business, Business Administration, Economics, Civil or Architechture.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Bukit Mertajam and travel overseas for business trip.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in sales is required for the position of Sales & Marketing Executive.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in international sales is required for the position of Sales Manager.
• Fresh graduates / candidate with experience less than (1) years in sales are encouraged to apply position of Internal Sales. Training shall be provided.
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in International Sales & Marketing, Architecture, Engineering – Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
• 1 Full-Time position of Internal Sales, 2 Full-Time positions of Sales & Marketing Executive and 1 Full-Time position of Sales Manager are available.
